SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY
Shipping Policy:
-Shipping charges for standard US Mail are based upon actual weight.

-Shipping for only an adapter cable will be $6.95 and shipped by US Mail only.

-All other products are typically shipped via UPS regular ground.

-Check above for standard shipping prices based on an estimated weight   
according to the products price

-Pricing may vary based on actual weight.
Orders received by 4PM ET Monday through Friday will be shipped the same
business day.  Orders received after 4PM ET or on the weekends will be
scheduled for shipment the next
business day.
In the rare situation that your product is not in stock, you will be notified of a
later shipment date.
International orders may require an additional day
for shipment and will be shipped UPS only.  Shipping
rates will differ depending upon location.
Cellular Solutions is required to collect 6% sales tax from all Michigan
customers.  If your orders are outside of Michigan no tax will be collected for
their shipment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the received item was
defective or shipped in error.
Errors:
Although we try to avoid pricing and
information errors on our website,
should this occur we do not guarantee
to honor all pricing errors.  You will be
contacted if this should happen with
your order.

30 Day Return Policy
Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise can be processed with
Cellular Solutions within the first 30 days of
purchase. Beyond the 30 days we ask that you
contact the manufacturer to implement the
warranty provided by the manufacturer. All
defective merchandise returns, or returns for
equipment that is not meeting customer
expectations within the first 30 days must
contact Cellular Solutions and go through a
trouble shooting process. All items returned
must accompany a RMA number and follow the
same guidelines as our standard returns (see
above). If you have any questions in regards to

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day
return policy on products returned in original manufacturers packaging, and in
original condition. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please

Return period ends 30 days from date of purchase.

All returned products must be received with a returned                    
merchandise authorization (RMA) number noted on the shipping label.

Any item received without a RMA number will be refused. The purpose of the
RMA number is to connect the shipment to the user account. RMA numbers
can be obtained from your sales representative and require notification and
explanation for the return.

Products must be in original (new) condition with no signs of use, scratches,
gouges, etc. A minimum 10% restocking fee may apply.

Products must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified, and
unused. This includes writing on the product packaging.

Items are to be packed in original packaging, padded, and shipped inside a
separate shipping carton.  DO NOT use the product packaging as the return
shipping container.

All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, warranty cards, accessories,
and cables must be included. The cost of missing items may be deducted
from your credited amount.  

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received not meeting this
requirement will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event a shipping error occurs
on our behalf, we will rectify the situation to get you the products in a
reasonable time frame.

All returns for refund take approximately 1-2 weeks to process after receipt.

Restocking fees apply in the event the merchandise is received in any
condition that requires additional cost or labor to Cellular Solutions to restock
the merchandise. A minimum 10% fee may apply in the event the product is
returned due to no error by Cellular Solutions to
